Welcome to Yoga by the Sea!
Whether you are a beginner or have some experience with yoga, I offer friendly and welcoming yoga classes in Whitley Bay. In my classes, you'll have the opportunity to explore key postures, relaxation and meditation in an informal and relaxed way.
You will find a choice of different yoga styles depending on your needs, for example, if you are a beginner or would like a slower, more mindful class, you might choose to join our Gentle Yoga class. For a more dynamic and challenging experience, I offer Vinyasa flow, but still with options within postures for different levels.
I am also able to give one-off bespoke sessions for special events like hen do's and staff wellbeing days - feel free to contact me to discuss your needs.

Kat's yoga sessions are, for me, the perfect mix of stretch and challenge, with relaxation and mindful elements thrown in for good measure! Kat is a supportive, inclusive instructor who takes care to explore the wishes and needs of each individual in the session and adapts each flow accordingly. Indoors, the ambience is chilled, outdoors, the setting is stunning. A highlight of my week!
