Welcome to Yoga by the Sea!

 

Whether you are completely new to the practice  or if you already have some yoga experience, our gentle flow-style classes will encourage you to explore the key postures of yoga in an informal and relaxed way, at a level that's right for you.

As a truly holistic exercise, a regular Yoga practice can help to build strength, increase flexibility, remedy muscular imbalances, prevent injuries, build confidence, balance emotions,   and alleviate anxiety.

Vision

After moving to the North East coast 14 years ago, I immediately discovered that the calming effects of being by the sea mirrored the same sense of calm I found in my yoga practice.

 

Wishing to share this with others, I want to offer a space where people can come together to completely slow down and find connection: with nature, with one another and ultimately with oneself. 

​

  Yoga by the Sea classes will allow you to explore the practice of yoga, meditation and guided relaxation in a welcoming and inclusive space.
